Photography Pricing Guide

Professional photography designed to help you show up with confidence, communicate your value, and create a strong, consistent presence across your website, LinkedIn, marketing, and professional materials.

  • Essential Headshot — $350

    A focused session for professionals who need one strong, current headshot.

    Includes:

    • Short photography session in my studio space in Malden, MA

    • One outfit or look

    • Preparation and wardrobe guidance

    • Image review and selection

    • One professionally retouched image

    • High-resolution and web-ready files

    Headshot Session — $499

    A longer session for professionals who want more expression, variety, and flexibility.

    Includes:

    • Photography session in my studio space in Malden, MA

    • Up to two outfits or looks

    • Background and expression variety

    • Preparation and wardrobe guidance

    • Image review and selection

    • Three professionally retouched images

    • High-resolution and web-ready files

    Additional professionally retouched images are $75 each.

    On-location sessions are available for an additional $150. Parking, permits, travel, or studio rental are additional when applicable.

  • Consistent, professional headshots photographed at your office or another convenient location.

    We bring the studio experience to your team, including professional lighting, background, equipment, posing guidance, and on-site direction.

    Corporate sessions include:

    • On-location mobile studio and lighting setup

    • Approximately five minutes per person

    • Consistent lighting, background, cropping, and editing

    • Image selection

    • One professionally retouched image per person

    • High-resolution and web-ready files

    • Organized delivery for the company and employees

    Group Rates

    • 5–15 people: $150 per person

    • 16–25 people: $125 per person

    • 26+ people: $100 per person

    The minimum corporate booking is five people or $750.

    Additional professionally retouched images are $75 each.

    Team photographs, environmental portraits, multiple backgrounds, complex background replacement, extended individual sessions, and additional photography are quoted separately.

    Travel, parking, permits, studio rental, and other production expenses may be additional.

    Additional professionally retouched images are $75 each.

  • For clients who need a more extensive image collection with additional looks, settings, and visual stories.

    Includes everything in the Personal Brand Story Session, plus:

    • Three-hour photography session

    • Additional looks or settings

    • More time to create working, lifestyle, environmental, and detail images

    • 40 professionally retouched images

    • High-resolution and web-ready files

    The Expanded Brand Story is ideal for clients launching a new website, introducing several offers, creating a substantial content library, or telling multiple parts of their professional story.

  • Additional Services and Production Expenses

    The following services are available and quoted separately when needed:

    • Studio rental

    • Hair and makeup artist

    • Fashion stylist

    • Additional locations

    • Significant travel

    • Parking and permits

    • Props or specialty production requirements

    • Additional retouched images

    • Commercial usage for paid advertising

    Rush Delivery

    Rush delivery within three business days is available for an additional $250, subject to availability.

    Travel

    Travel beyond 50 miles of Boston is quoted separately. Airfare, lodging, ground transportation, parking, and other travel expenses are billed when applicable.

    Booking

    A signed agreement and non refundable retainer are required to reserve your session date.

    Once your session is booked, you will receive preparation guidance and the next steps for planning your photography experience.
